The story of women in design is one of triumph over adversity. Despite educational and professional obstacles women became leaders of architecture, landscape architecture, interior design, and product design. Iconic figures such as Elsie de Wolfe, Dorothy Draper, Sister Parrish, Eileen Gray, Andree Putman, Natalie DuBois, and countless others defied limitations and inspired generations of women to become designers. This panel introduces five future icons design, Jane Dagmi, Kelli Ellis, Nancy Fire, Stacy Garcia, and Victoria Sanchez. Gary Inman will join as moderator.
